Shipping & Returns

For our customers outside the So. California area, we have warehouses across the United States and can ship from these locations throughout the country. All orders placed prior to 2 PM (the time zone from which the order is placed) will ship the same day for next day delivery. All orders will be shipped UPS and must not be routed to a post office box. Upon request, CDS Office Products can ship using other freight companies to ensure that your delivery is prompt and problem-free. Call FurnitureStar (800) 303-2489 with special delivery requests, and we will do our best to assemble a logistics package to match your needs.

Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. Select postal codes are designated as remote locations and may carry additional shipping fees. “Dock to Dock” shipments which do not include inside delivery, a lift gate (if needed) or additional services such as set up. When ordering freight items please let us know you do not have a dock or will need any of those additional services and we will contact you for additional information and will quote a price. Returns

Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 15% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund. Since our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once the manufacturer receives the returned item.

Special orders cannot be returned.
